Ramon, thank you for a very interesting blog post on my husband's business - I just came across this post while I was trying to search for the case study myself. I thought I could clarify one aspect of you concern which I believe was the negative cash balance... due to the industry standard of independent artists who are mostly unknowns, a portion of the warehouse inventory is sold on a consignment basis which helps minimize the risk of using cash up front for music that he is not sure will sell. Not sure if this is why that particular number would be skewed - he technically does not pay for this product until it actually sells. He continues this practice for cash flow purposes, but also for philosophic purposes as well - he likes being a conduit for the underdog artists who really don't have many professional/legitimate options for getting their music listened too/sold.
You will also be happy to hear that he has hired a temporary programmer to assist him with bettering the functionality of the site :) It only took me 10 year of nagging, but he finally got around to it lol

Thank you for your unique view on this topic - I wish you much health and success in your own endeavors as well!

Some common words with an uninterrupted string of five consonants are BACKSPLASH, BACKSTRETCH, BACKSTROKE, BIRTHPLACE, BREASTSTROKE, DOWNSTREAM, DOWNTHRUST, DUMBSTRUCK, EIGHTHS, ERSTWHILE, HEARTTHROB, LENGTHS, LIGHTPROOF, MATCHSTICK, NIGHTCLOTHES, NIGHTCLUB, NIGHTDRESS, POSTSCRIPT, STRENGTHS, THOUSANDTHS, THUMBSCREW, TWELFTHS, WARMTHS, and WITCHCRAFT. ANGSTS is the shortest word with five consonants in a row.
These words have six consecutive consonants: ARCHCHRONICLER, CATCHPHRASE, ESCHSCHOLTZIA, HANTZSCHIA, KNIGHTSBRIDGE, LATCHSTRING, POSTPHTHISIC, and WELTSCHMERZ. A popular staple food in Ukraine is a beetroot soup called borsch, which occurs in English dictionaries with a variety of spellings including borshch and borscht, giving rise to plurals containing a string of six consonants: BORSHCHS and BORSCHTS.

HIRSCHSPRUNG'S (DISEASE) has seven consecutive consonants, as does SCHTSCHUROWSKIA. The shortest such word is TSKTSKS. All of these words can be found in major English dictionaries.

In order for the team to be successful, the “3 legged stool concept” incorporates People, Process and Tools to keep the project within scope and successfully within the allocated budget”

1. People – The human assets allocated to the project and have the necessary skills to complete certain functions and activities within the project. Project teams are established to define and execute the plan and must be managed in concert with each other to perform the needed work the project requires.

2. Process – Structure is key to keeping the project teams on task. Having defined processes in place help to keep the teams working in the unison. Process and structure ensure your resources are working effectively and that the management team is able to receive and address issues as they bubble up.

3. Tools – Project tools are in place to keep track of all the different tasks and resources tied together to identify dependencies, and critical paths within the project structure. These tools can range from communication documents to Gant charts and help the project teams to stay organized and effectively working together on the right tasks at the right time.
